  1. Introduction

1.1 Task Management Functions

Task management is a centralized viewing management interface for tasks performed in account management, including display of tasks such as task execution status, execution results, and status note of tasks performed by target accounts

All tasks will be sorted in descending order according to the start time. Under this function, you can track all tasks from start to finish at a glance;

2.2 Filter query area

2.2.1 Filter box

The filter button can perform a click search process after determining the filter conditions. It should be noted that the user ID does not support fuzzy search. If you need to browse the complete task list after querying, you need to click the reset button;

Start time: the time when the task starts to execute. You can freely select the time period to retrieve the corresponding task. The system also provides shortcut options for all, today, yesterday, week, and nearly 30 days;

Task type: Single options, including 11 options: all, check login status, check homepage existence, check advertising account, check recharge limit, check single-day budget, check BM, create default homepage, create test ads, create BM, close notification 11 options ;

Execution status: single option, including 8 options: all, generate task, wait for execution, executing, end of execution, unknown error, execution timeout, agentless

Operation user: You can view the tasks performed by a specific operation user;

User ID: Enter the user ID to retrieve a single user’s task. Fuzzy search is not supported.

Task ID: Enter the task ID to retrieve a single user’s task. Fuzzy search is not supported.

2.2.2 Filter button

Query: click search after completing user ID input;

Reset: clear all filters;

Refresh: Update the execution status of all tasks in the entire task list;

Tasks that waiting to be executed: Shows the number of tasks waiting to be executed;


2.3 List area

The list area is divided into a table header and task data items, and the status information of the task will be displayed in a specific list box;

2.3.1 Header

The header is the beginning of the table and is used to classify the nature of the data;

Task ID: Each task will generate an independent and unique task ID;

Task type: the type of task performed;

User Name&Password: the login account of the FB user, the second line is the user ID;

Login status: After checking the login status, the login status of a single user in this task is displayed;

Execution status: The execution status of a single task is displayed. You can click in the box to quickly re-execute the task;

Execution result: the result after the execution of the task;

Status note: show the specific implementation of the task through screenshots;

Start time: the time when the task starts to execute;

End time: the time when the task execution ends;

Operation user: The user who operates the task;

2.3.2 Operation Button

Cancel execution in batch:For tasks that are in the “waiting to execution” state, you can cancel them by checking them and clicking the button. It should be noted that “executing” tasks cannot be cancelled;


2.4 Paging area

  Contains the total number of data, the current page and the total number of pages, and the number of data displayed on each page. There are three options: 10, 20, and 50.
